Depending on your setup, data should flow between Gumroad and PagerDuty (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Gumroad and PagerDuty
Gumroad + PagerDuty + Slack: When a Gumroad sale fails (cancellation or refund), a PagerDuty incident is triggered. Subsequently, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the support team about the failed sale and the created incident.
PagerDuty + Gumroad + Discord bot: When a PagerDuty incident is resolved, a Gumroad discount code is offered. A message is then posted on a specified Discord channel to notify users about the discount code availability.
