Depending on your setup, data should flow between Gumroad and Slack (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Gumroad and Slack
Gumroad + Google Sheets + Slack: When a new sale occurs in Gumroad, a new row is added to a Google Sheet to track the sale. Then, a celebratory message is sent to a Slack channel.
Slack + Gumroad + Mailchimp: When a new message is posted to a Slack channel, the workflow checks if the user has purchased a product on Gumroad. If the user exists as a Gumroad customer, the workflow then adds the user as a subscriber to a Mailchimp list.
