Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Harvest, 7todos, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Harvest and 7todos integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Harvest and 7todos (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Harvest and 7todos

Harvest + 7todos + Slack: When a new time entry is created in Harvest, a corresponding task is automatically created in 7todos. The team is then notified in a designated Slack channel about the new task.

7todos + Harvest + Google Calendar: Upon completing a task in 7todos, time spent on the task is logged as a time entry in Harvest. Additionally, an event is created in Google Calendar to record the completion and time allocation.
