Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Depending on your setup, data should flow between Harvest and Google contacts (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Harvest and Google contacts

Harvest + Google Contacts + Google Calendar: When a new time entry is created in Harvest, the flow retrieves the client information. If the client exists in Google Contacts, an event is created in Google Calendar, inviting the client. If the client doesn't exist in Google Contacts, no event is created.

Google Contacts + Harvest + QuickBooks: When a new contact is added in Google Contacts, a new client is created in both Harvest and QuickBooks using the contact's information.
