Most powerful ways to connect Harvest and Help Scout
Harvest + Slack + Help Scout: When a project in Harvest nears its budget, a notification is sent to a Slack channel to alert the team, and a note is added to a Help Scout conversation (if one exists) to inform support about potential budget concerns for related customer issues.
Help Scout + Harvest + Google Sheets: This workflow tracks the time it takes to resolve Help Scout tickets against time entries logged in Harvest for related projects.
