Depending on your setup, data should flow between Harvest and HighLevel (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Harvest and HighLevel
Harvest + Google Sheets + HighLevel: When a new time entry is created in Harvest, the details are added to a Google Sheet. If the client exists in HighLevel, the contact is updated with the Harvest time entry information; otherwise, a new contact is created.
HighLevel + Harvest + QuickBooks: When a contact is updated in HighLevel, the workflow checks for billable time entries in Harvest for that contact. If billable time entries exist, an invoice is created in QuickBooks for the client.
