Depending on your setup, data should flow between Harvest and JustCall (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Harvest and JustCall
Harvest + JustCall + Slack: When a new time entry is created in Harvest, a call is initiated via JustCall to follow up on the task. A Slack message is then sent to the team channel to notify them of the progress on the task.
JustCall + Harvest + Google Sheets: When a call is missed in JustCall, the details are logged in a Google Sheet. A time entry is then created in Harvest to track the time spent on the missed call follow-up, also recorded in the Google Sheet.
