Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Harvest, Moxie, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Harvest and Moxie integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Harvest and Moxie (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Harvest and Moxie

Harvest + Moxie + Slack: When a new project is created in Harvest, a corresponding project is created in Moxie. Upon completion of the project in Harvest, a summary of the tracked hours is sent to a specified Slack channel within Moxie, keeping everyone updated on project progress and resource allocation.

Moxie + Harvest + Google Sheets: When a project is created in Moxie, automatically get the corresponding time entries from Harvest and update a summary sheet in Google Sheets. This keeps track of project time allocation and provides valuable data for project analysis and reporting.
