Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Harvest, NocoDB, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Harvest and NocoDB integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Harvest and NocoDB (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Harvest and NocoDB

Harvest + NocoDB + Slack: When a new time entry is created in Harvest, the details are stored in a NocoDB database. A weekly summary of these time entries is then sent to a designated Slack channel.

NocoDB + Harvest + QuickBooks: Project budgets are stored in NocoDB. When a new time entry is added in Harvest, it's compared to the budget. If the budget is exceeded, an invoice is created in QuickBooks.
