Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Harvest and PagerDuty integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Harvest and PagerDuty (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Harvest and PagerDuty

Harvest + PagerDuty + Slack: This workflow monitors billable hours in Harvest. When the total billable hours for a project exceed a predefined limit, PagerDuty is triggered to page the accounting team, and a summary of the exceeded hours is sent to a designated Slack channel.

PagerDuty + Harvest + Google Sheets: When a new incident is created or updated in PagerDuty, this workflow retrieves associated time entries from Harvest and logs both the incident details and the corresponding Harvest time entries into a Google Sheet for reporting and analysis.
