Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Harvest, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Harvest or Productboard will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Harvest or Productboard, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

After configuring Harvest, Productboard, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Harvest and Productboard integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Harvest and Productboard (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Harvest + Productboard + Slack: When a new time entry is created in Harvest, it checks if it's related to a Productboard feature. If it is, a Slack message is sent to the specified channel, notifying product managers about the billable hours logged for that feature.
Productboard + Harvest + Jira: When a feature in Productboard is created, a corresponding task is created in Jira. When the Jira issue is updated, track the time spent on the task in Harvest by starting and stopping the timer via updates on the Jira ticket.
