Depending on your setup, data should flow between Harvest and Vitally (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Harvest and Vitally
Harvest + Vitally + Slack: When a project's time exceeds the budget in Harvest, this triggers a search for the project manager in Vitally using the project data. Finally, a Slack message is sent to the project manager to alert them of the budget overrun.
Vitally + Harvest + Google Sheets: When a user is updated in Vitally, this triggers a search in Harvest for relevant time entry data associated with that user. This data is then used to generate timesheet reports automatically in Google Sheets.
