Depending on your setup, data should flow between Help Scout and Captions (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Help Scout and Captions
Help Scout + Captions + Slack: When a new conversation is created in Help Scout, a video caption is generated using Captions. A summary of the ticket with the generated caption is then sent to a dedicated Slack channel.
Captions + Help Scout + Google Sheets: When a caption generation request is submitted to Captions, the workflow checks the status. Once complete, the generation stats and related Help Scout ticket data are logged in a Google Sheet for analysis.
