Depending on your setup, data should flow between Help Scout and LiveChat (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Help Scout and LiveChat
LiveChat + Help Scout + Slack: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, a Help Scout chat thread is created. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel, alerting agents of the new Help Scout thread for follow-up.
LiveChat + Help Scout + Jira: When a LiveChat conversation is deactivated, a new Jira issue is created, linking to the corresponding conversation in Help Scout for context. This ensures unresolved issues are tracked in Jira.
