Most powerful ways to connect Help Scout and Okta
Okta + Help Scout + Slack: When a new user is provisioned in Okta, a corresponding user profile is automatically created in Help Scout. Subsequently, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the team about the new user creation.
Okta + Help Scout + Google Sheets: Automatically tracks new Help Scout user accounts created via Okta provisioning in a Google Sheet for auditing.
