Most powerful ways to connect Help Scout and Open Weather
Help Scout + Open Weather + Slack: When a new conversation is created in Help Scout, this workflow checks if the customer's question contains weather-related keywords. If it does, it retrieves the current weather for a specified location and sends the weather information to a designated Slack channel.
Open Weather + Help Scout + Google Sheets: This automation fetches the daily weather forecast. If the weather forecast meets a specified condition (e.g., heavy rain), it checks the number of open Help Scout tickets. If there's a spike in tickets, it logs the date and weather conditions into a Google Sheet for tracking weather-related support impact.
