Most powerful ways to connect Help Scout and Salesmate

Help Scout + Salesmate + Slack: When a new conversation is started in Help Scout, particularly one that is high priority based on tags or custom fields, a new task is created in Salesmate to follow up on the customer. Then, a message is sent to a dedicated Slack channel to notify the sales team about the new high-priority conversation, including a link to the Help Scout conversation.

Salesmate + Google Sheets + Help Scout: When a deal stage changes in Salesmate, the information is logged in a Google Sheet. If a specific stage indicates an issue (e.g., stalled deal), a Help Scout ticket is created to address the problem.
