Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a HeyGen, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, HeyGen or ClickUp will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find HeyGen or ClickUp, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

After configuring HeyGen, ClickUp, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the HeyGen and ClickUp integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between HeyGen and ClickUp (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
HeyGen + ClickUp + Google Sheets: When a new video project is started in HeyGen, a task is created in ClickUp to manage the video creation process. The ClickUp task details, including status updates, are then tracked in a Google Sheet for reporting and overview.
ClickUp + HeyGen + Slack: When a ClickUp task's status is updated, a HeyGen avatar video is generated summarizing the update, and then a message with the video is sent to a Slack channel to keep the team informed.
