Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring HeyGen, Confluence, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the HeyGen and Confluence integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between HeyGen and Confluence (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect HeyGen and Confluence

HeyGen + Confluence + Slack: When a new event is detected in HeyGen (e.g., a video rendering is complete), a page is automatically created in Confluence to document the video details. A message is then sent to a Slack channel to notify the team about the new documentation.

Confluence + HeyGen + Jira: When a new page is created in Confluence, a HeyGen avatar video is generated from a template using the page content. Once the video is created, a Jira ticket is created to track the review and approval of the video.
