After configuring HeyGen, Quickbase, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the HeyGen and Quickbase integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between HeyGen and Quickbase (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect HeyGen and Quickbase
HeyGen + Quickbase + Slack: When a new video is generated in HeyGen, its details are added to a new record in Quickbase. Then, a message is sent to a specified Slack channel notifying the team about the new video and providing a link to the Quickbase record.
Quickbase + HeyGen + Google Sheets: When a record is updated in Quickbase, specifically when its status changes, a video is generated in HeyGen using a template. The link to the generated video is then logged in a Google Sheets spreadsheet.
