Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring HeyGen, TimeCamp, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the HeyGen and TimeCamp integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between HeyGen and TimeCamp (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect HeyGen and TimeCamp
Google Calendar + TimeCamp + HeyGen: When a new event is added to Google Calendar, a time entry is created in TimeCamp to track the time spent on the topic. Once the event ends, HeyGen generates a video update summarizing what happened during the event.
TimeCamp + HeyGen + Slack: When a new time entry is created in TimeCamp, the flow checks if a project time threshold has been met. If the threshold is met, HeyGen generates a video progress report, and Slack sends a message to a channel with the video.
