Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Hive, Airparser, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Hive and Airparser integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Hive and Airparser (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Hive and Airparser

Hive + Airparser + Google Sheets: When a new action is created in Hive, Airparser gets the related document, extracts key data, and logs it in Google Sheets for tracking and analysis.

Airparser + Hive + Slack: When Airparser extracts urgent data from a document, it creates a message in Hive and sends a notification to a Slack channel for immediate attention.
