Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Hive, CloudTalk, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Hive and CloudTalk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Hive and CloudTalk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Hive and CloudTalk

CloudTalk + Hive + Slack: When a new call is received in CloudTalk, a task is created in Hive to follow up on the call. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to alert project managers.

CloudTalk + Google Sheets + Hive: Whenever a new call is registered in CloudTalk, the call details are logged as a new row in Google Sheets. Following this, a summary task is automatically created in Hive to review the call details from the sheet.
