Depending on your setup, data should flow between Hive and CloudTalk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
CloudTalk + Hive + Slack: When a new call is received in CloudTalk, a task is created in Hive to follow up on the call. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to alert project managers.
CloudTalk + Google Sheets + Hive: Whenever a new call is registered in CloudTalk, the call details are logged as a new row in Google Sheets. Following this, a summary task is automatically created in Hive to review the call details from the sheet.
