Depending on your setup, data should flow between Hive and OpenPhone (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Hive and OpenPhone

Hive + OpenPhone + Slack: When a new task is created in Hive, OpenPhone sends a text message to the assignee. Then, a notification is posted in a dedicated Slack channel informing the team about the new task.

OpenPhone + Hive + Google Sheets: When a call event is triggered in OpenPhone, log the call details in Google Sheets. Based on those call details, create a task in Hive to follow up on important conversation items.
