Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Hive, Trainerize, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Hive and Trainerize integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Hive and Trainerize (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Hive and Trainerize

Trainerize + Hive + Google Calendar: When a client's workout schedule is updated in Trainerize, a new action is created in Hive to manage the task, and an event is added to Google Calendar to remind the client.

Trainerize + Hive + Zoom: When a new client is added in Trainerize, create a corresponding task in Hive to schedule an initial consultation. The task will include creating a Zoom meeting and linking meeting details to the Hive action.
