Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Hive, Twilio, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Hive and Twilio integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Hive and Twilio (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Hive and Twilio

Hive + Twilio + Slack: When a new or updated action is detected in Hive, and it's overdue, a SMS message is sent via Twilio to the assignee, and a Slack message is sent to the project manager.

Twilio + Hive + Google Sheets: Whenever a new message is received by Twilio, its details are logged to Hive, and a backup log is created in Google Sheets.
