Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Hive and YouTube integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Hive and YouTube (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Hive and YouTube

YouTube + Hive + Slack: When a new video is uploaded to a YouTube channel, a task is created in Hive with the video details. A message is then sent to a Slack channel notifying the team about the new video and linking to the Hive task.

YouTube + Google Sheets + Hive: Track YouTube video engagement metrics (views, likes, comments) and log them into a Google Sheet. Then update a corresponding Hive task with a summary of these metrics.
