Most powerful ways to connect Instagram for Business and Xero
Instagram for Business + Slack: When a new media post is published on Instagram, the automation retrieves the media insights (reach, likes, comments). If these insights exceed a predefined threshold, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the finance team about the potentially successful product promotion.
Xero + Instagram for Business + Google Sheets: The automation triggers on a new or updated sales invoice in Xero. It then identifies the contact associated with the invoice. Based on the total amount invoiced (a proxy for 'top clients'), it automatically creates a photo post on Instagram thanking and promoting the client. Finally, it logs the client's name and the Instagram post URL in a Google Sheet for tracking.
