Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Intercom and Browser Use integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Intercom and Browser Use (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Intercom and Browser Use

Intercom + Browser Use + Slack: When a new lead is created in Intercom, the automation will search for their LinkedIn profile using a Browser Use action. A summary of the LinkedIn profile will then be sent to a designated Slack channel.

Browser Use + Intercom + Google Sheets: This workflow starts by scraping product reviews. If a negative review is detected (requires logic within the Browser Use automation), a new conversation is created in Intercom, and the review details are logged in a Google Sheet.
