Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Intercom, Jibble, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Intercom and Jibble integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Intercom and Jibble (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Intercom and Jibble

Jibble + Intercom + Slack: When an employee clocks in using Jibble, their Intercom status is updated to 'active' and a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to announce their availability.

Jibble + Intercom + Google Sheets: Employee time tracked in Jibble is automatically logged against corresponding Intercom tickets in Google Sheets. This provides a detailed record of support agent hours spent on specific Intercom conversations for reporting and analysis.
