Depending on your setup, data should flow between Intercom and Motion (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Intercom and Motion

Intercom + Motion + Slack: When a new Intercom conversation is created, indicated with a tag, a task is created in Motion. The relevant team is then notified via a Slack channel message about the new task.

Motion + Intercom + Google Calendar: When a new task with a due date is created in Motion, an Intercom conversation is created to prepare the support team for potential related inquiries. The task's due date is also added as an event to Google Calendar.
