Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Intercom, Replicate, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Intercom and Replicate integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Intercom and Replicate (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Intercom and Replicate

Intercom + Replicate + Slack: When a new reply is added to an Intercom conversation, Replicate generates an image based on the reply text. This image, along with a link to the Intercom conversation, is then sent to a designated Slack channel to provide support teams with visual context.

Intercom + Replicate + Airtable: When a new Intercom contact is created and does not have an avatar, Replicate generates an avatar image. The URL of the generated image, along with the Intercom contact's details, is then saved in a specified Airtable base for record keeping and future use.
