Most powerful ways to connect Intercom and Twist
Intercom + Jira + Twist: When a new urgent conversation is started in Intercom, a new issue is created in Jira. Then, a message is posted in a Twist channel to notify the relevant team.
Twist + Intercom + Google Sheets: When a new message is posted in a Twist conversation, the flow checks if it contains feedback from an Intercom chat. If it does, the message content is added as a new row in a Google Sheet.
