Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Jibble and Calendly integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jibble and Calendly (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Jibble and Calendly

Calendly + Jibble + Slack: When a new invitee is created in Calendly, a timesheet entry is automatically created in Jibble to track the meeting time, and a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel.

Jibble + Calendly + Google Calendar: When a new clock in/out event occurs in Jibble, check for available times in Calendly. Based on these times, create an event in Google Calendar to block out time based on work hours, preventing double booking of personal appointments.
