Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jibble and ManyChat (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Jibble and ManyChat

Jibble + ManyChat + Google Sheets: When a new clock-in or clock-out event occurs in Jibble, find the corresponding user in ManyChat by a custom field (e.g., employee ID), update a custom field in ManyChat to reflect their latest status, and then log this update in a Google Sheet.

ManyChat + Jibble + Slack: When a user interacts with ManyChat by updating a custom field, this triggers a check for employee availability in Jibble (e.g., checking their current clock-in status). If an employee is found to be available, send a direct message to them in Slack.
