Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Jibble, Memberstack, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Jibble and Memberstack integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jibble and Memberstack (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Jibble and Memberstack
Jibble + Memberstack + Slack: When an employee clocks in or out using Jibble, their Memberstack profile is updated to reflect their current work status. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to inform managers of the attendance event.
Memberstack + Jibble + Google Sheets: When a new member joins Memberstack, their access is updated in Jibble (assuming they are also employees), and the new member information is recorded in a Google Sheet for reporting purposes.
