Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Jibble, Pipefy, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the Jibble and Pipefy integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jibble and Pipefy (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Jibble and Pipefy

Jibble + Pipefy + Slack: When an employee clocks in or out using Jibble and a card is moved to 'done' in Pipefy, a notification is sent to a Slack channel.

Jibble + Pipefy + Google Sheets: Log the time spent on Pipefy tasks, as tracked via Jibble's clock in/out data, into a Google Sheet for project costing analysis.
