How to connect Jibble and Postmark
Create a New Scenario to Connect Jibble and Postmark
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.
Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Jibble, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Jibble or Postmark will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Jibble or Postmark, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Next, click the plus (+) icon on the Jibble node, select Postmark from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within Postmark.

Authenticate Postmark
Now, click the Postmark node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your Postmark settings. Authentication allows you to use Postmark through Latenode.
Configure the Jibble and Postmark Nodes
Next, configure the nodes by filling in the required parameters according to your logic. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Jibble, Postmark, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Jibble and Postmark integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jibble and Postmark (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Jibble + Slack + Postmark: When a new clock in or out event is recorded in Jibble, the flow checks if the employee has exceeded a predefined overtime threshold. If they have, a notification is sent to the manager via Slack, and a summary report is emailed to them via Postmark.
Jibble + Google Sheets + Postmark: When a new clock in or out event happens in Jibble, the data is added to a Google Sheet. Once a week, a summary of the employee attendance data in Google Sheets is emailed to HR via Postmark.
