Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Jibble, Textmagic, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the Jibble and Textmagic integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jibble and Textmagic (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Jibble and Textmagic

Jibble + Textmagic + Google Sheets: When an employee clocks in or out using Jibble, the system sends them an SMS reminder about their upcoming shift via Textmagic. If the clock in/out deviates from the schedule, the system logs this attendance exception in a Google Sheet.

Jibble + Textmagic + Slack: When an employee clocks in with Jibble, the system checks for potential issues (e.g., clocking in at the wrong location). If an issue is detected, Textmagic sends an SMS alert to the manager, and Slack notifies the team in a dedicated channel.
