Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Jibble, tl;dv, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Jibble and tl;dv integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jibble and tl;dv (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Jibble and tl;dv
Jibble + tl;dv + Slack: When an employee clocks out in Jibble, the automation searches for tl;dv meeting highlights from that day. It then sends those highlights in a Slack channel for team awareness.
tl;dv + Jibble + Google Calendar: After a tl;dv meeting ends, the automation creates a follow-up event in Google Calendar. The event time considers employee availability tracked through Jibble work hours, ensuring no meetings are scheduled outside work times.
