Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Jibble, Userback, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Jibble and Userback integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jibble and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Jibble and Userback
Userback + Jibble + Slack: When new feedback is created in Userback, the flow checks if the person reporting the issue is tracked in Jibble. If they are and they were working on a specific project at the time, a Slack message is sent to the project manager, alerting them of the feedback and the employee involved.
Userback + Jibble + Jira: When a new bug report is submitted through Userback, the flow creates a Jira issue to track its resolution. If the employee submitting the feedback is also tracked in Jibble and their time spent on the relevant project is logged, this information can be used for dev time analysis by adding the time log data to the Jira issue as a comment.
