Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Jibble, Wachete, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Jibble and Wachete integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jibble and Wachete (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Jibble and Wachete

Jibble + Wachete + Slack: When a new clock in or out event is detected in Jibble, the system checks for new notifications from Wachete for a specific website. If both events occur, a message is sent to a Slack channel notifying the team about potential unusual activity.

Wachete + Jibble + Google Sheets: When a new notification is received from Wachete indicating a website change, the system retrieves employee time data from Jibble based on a specific criteria (e.g., employees active during the change). This data, along with the website change details, is then logged into a Google Sheet.
