Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jibble and YouTube (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Jibble and YouTube

Jibble + YouTube + Slack: When a new clock in or out event is recorded in Jibble, the automation checks if it's related to a specific project. If so, it finds relevant training videos from YouTube and shares them in a dedicated Slack channel for that project.

YouTube + Jibble + Google Sheets: When a new video is watched on a specific YouTube channel, the automation extracts video information, associates viewing hours with an employee in Jibble (if a corresponding 'Person' exists), and logs the training hours into Google Sheets for progress reports.
