Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jira and Figma (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Jira and Figma

Jira + Figma + Slack: When a new design task is created in Jira, the automation retrieves the task details and sends a message to a dedicated Slack channel with a link to the Figma design file (assuming the Figma link is stored within the Jira task description or custom field).

Figma + Google Drive + Jira: When a new Figma file is created, store it in a dedicated Google Drive folder. Then, add a link to the Google Drive folder in the related Jira ticket as an attachment.
