Most powerful ways to connect JobNimbus and Moco
JobNimbus + Moco + QuickBooks: When a job's status is updated in JobNimbus (e.g., marked as complete), the automation retrieves the tracked time entries for that project from Moco. It then uses this time data to create a new invoice in QuickBooks, ensuring accurate billing based on project time.
Moco + JobNimbus + Slack: When a new time entry is created in Moco and associated with a JobNimbus project, the automation sends a summary notification to a designated Slack channel. This summary includes the employee, project, and duration of the time entry, keeping the team informed about project progress.
