Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Jotform and Soax integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jotform and Soax (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Jotform and Soax
Jotform + Soax + Slack: When a new submission is received in Jotform, use Soax to perform a Google search for the submitter's IP address. If the search results indicate a high risk (e.g., flagged IP), send a notification to a designated Slack channel for review.
Jotform + Soax + Google Sheets: When a new submission is received in Jotform, the submission's IP address is extracted and used to perform a Google search via Soax. The resulting IP information and submission data are then logged to a Google Sheet for analysis of potentially fraudulent form entries.
