Most powerful ways to connect JustCall and BambooHR
JustCall + Slack + BambooHR: When a JustCall representative identifies an employee issue during a call (indicated by a tag or note), a message is sent to a designated HR channel in Slack. This alert includes relevant details, and HR staff can then use BambooHR to investigate and address the issue.
JustCall + BambooHR + Google Sheets: This workflow logs call data from JustCall against employee records in BambooHR, automatically adding a new row to a Google Sheet. The sheet will track call details alongside employee information for reporting and analysis.
