Depending on your setup, data should flow between JustCall and Discourse (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect JustCall and Discourse

JustCall + Discourse + Slack: When a call is missed in JustCall, a new topic is created on Discourse to address potential customer issues. Subsequently, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert support staff about the new Discourse topic.

Discourse + JustCall + Google Sheets: When a new topic related to customer support is created in Discourse, the details are logged into a Google Sheet. The system then attempts to find the user's contact in JustCall and send them a text message regarding the topic.
