Most powerful ways to connect JustCall and Knack
JustCall + Knack + Slack: When a new call is received in JustCall, a new record is created in Knack with the call details. Then, a notification is sent to a Slack channel informing the sales team about the new call and the updated Knack record.
Knack + JustCall + Google Sheets: When a record is updated in Knack, the automation logs a call in JustCall. Following that, the automation adds a row to a Google Sheet to track the update and the logged call.
