Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the JustCall and Sendgrid integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between JustCall and Sendgrid (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect JustCall and Sendgrid
JustCall + Sendgrid + Google Sheets: When a new call is missed in JustCall, the details are logged to a Google Sheet. Then, Sendgrid sends a follow-up email to the missed call's number (assuming it's an email address). This helps track missed calls and automate follow-ups.
Sendgrid + JustCall + Slack: When an email bounces in Sendgrid, the automation creates a task in JustCall to call the contact. It also notifies the team in a Slack channel about the bounced email and the created task for immediate action.
